Homewood Management Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, with reference to B.C. Gatehouse Electrical Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of July 1990, it appointed David Donald Crichton of Christchurch, chartered accountant, whose office is at the firm of Chambers Nicholls, Ninth Floor, AMP Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, to be receiver and manager of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital under the powers contained in an instrument being a debenture dated the 20th day of March 1987 by B.C. Gatehouse Electrical Ltd. in favour of BNZ Finance Ltd. and assigned to Homewood Management Ltd. on the 25th day of May 1990.
