Vesting Reclaimed Land in Port of Tauranga Limited

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 23rd day of July 1990

Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby vests in Port of Tauranga Limited, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Order in Council of 28 November 1988*, such land to be vested for port purposes.

Schedule

All that area of land comprising 1.1680 hectares, being located in Block VI, Tauranga Survey District as shown on plan M.D. 16532 (S.O. 53241), deposited in the office of the Maritime Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, Wellington.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this order.

Sale of Whanganui Harbour Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Wanganui District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 1016 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 34223 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 14B, folio 1156 (Wellington Registry).

Dated at Wellington this 24th day of July 1990.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, South Auckland Land District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated 13 February 1957, to be road.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land containing 113 square metres, more or less, being part Mangatawa 2B Roadway, comprised in C.T. 16/306 and being situated in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, South Auckland Land District, as shown marked β€œC” on Survey Office Plan 56325.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, at Wellington and dated this 23rd day of July 1990.
