Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of January 1990, Dingwall & Paulger Ltd. (in receivership and in liquidation), appointed P. G. Steel, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of Van Der Zanden Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of December 1987, given by that company.

The office of the receiver and manager is at the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, P.O. Box 13-250, Christchurch.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Anchor Acceptances Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton (“the debenture holder”) hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of January 1990, it appointed Ian McCormick Sommerville of Hamilton, chartered accountant as receiver and manager of the undertaking property and assets (including the goodwill, stock, chattels and debtors) charged by a debenture dated the 25th day of August 1989 given by South Waikato Motor Inn Ltd., in favour of the debenture holder.

The situation of the office of the receiver is care of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Anchor House, 80 London Street, Hamilton.
