Barry Wilson Waters of Auckland, company director, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of June 1990, I appointed Robert Thomas Norrie as receiver and or manager of the property of Grasslands Machinery Services Ltd. under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 18th day of March 1987 which property consists of all the assets and undertaking of the business operated by the said Grasslands Machinery Services Ltd at Hamilton and elsewhere.
