His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 3 (1) (b) of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

O r d e r

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Agricultural Pests Destruction (Pests of Local Importance in Auckland Region) Order 1990.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. Pests of local importance in Auckland Region—Possums, hares, and rooks are hereby declared to be pests of local importance in the Auckland Region Pest Destruction District.
