The land proposed to be taken by the Hamilton City Council is as follows:

Part of 21 Mill Street, being that part marked “B” on Deposited Plan S.O. 58436, containing 178 square metres, being part of that parcel of land containing 1,315 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 3546, being part Lot 195, Town of Hamilton West, contained in certificate of title 13D, folio 429.

Part of 23 Mill Street, being that part marked “A” on Deposited Plan S.O. 58436, containing 175 square metres,
being part of that parcel of land containing 1,284 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 30427 and being part Allotment 195, Town of Hamilton West, contained in certificate of title 31D, folio 164.
A copy of the plan may be seen at the offices of Hamilton Properties Limited at 2 Somerset Street, Hamilton.
