And—A. Wynne Motors Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 1–3 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu Beach—Defendant:

To: A. Wynne Motors Limited (hereinafter called “the defendant company”).

Take notice that the plaintiff is, by a statement of claim, making application for an order that the defendant company be wound up by the Court under the Companies Act 1955.

A copy of the statement of claim is served herewith.

The application will be heard in this Court at Wellington on the 16th day of July 1990 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Take notice that unless, within 14 days after the date on which this notice is served on you, you file in the office of this Court a statement of your defence to the plaintiff’s claim, a copy of which is served herewith, the plaintiff may proceed to a hearing and an order may be made for the winding up of the defendant company by the Court under the Companies Act 1955.
