Land to be Set Apart for Telecommunication Purposes in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Senior Property Officer, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby declares for the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for telecommunication purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown.

395 square metres, situated in Block XII, Waimea Survey District, being section 2 S.O. 14333. All certificate of title Volume 44, folio 270.
