Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Anchor Acceptances Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of June 1990, it appointed Ian McCormick Sommerville and Ian Michael Pennell, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the undertaking property and assets (including the goodwill, stock, chattels and debtors) charged by a debenture dated the 20th day of June 1988 given by Kiwi Pizza Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.

The situation of the office of the receiver is care of Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, N.Z.C.D.C. Building, London Street, Hamilton.

Appointment of Receiver and Manager

National Mutual Finance Ltd. (under its former name General Finance Ltd.) (hereinafter called “NMF”), being the registered holder of a debenture, issued by R M Coleman Ltd., having its registered office at 11 Stanners Street, Eltham (hereinafter called “the debtor company”), on the 24th day of June 1988 (hereinafter called, “the debenture”), for securing loans, advances, discounts, acceptances, credits, guarantees or other financial accommodation made to or to be made thereafter to the debtor company by NMF together with interest and other expenses as therein set out, pursuant to the powers conferred by the debenture, hereby appoints Timothy Wilson Downes and Donald Ross Green, both of Palmerston North, chartered accountants, jointly and severally, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by the debenture with all the powers conferred by the debenture upon a receiver and manager appointed thereunder, and subject to the terms and conditions of the debenture relating to the appointment of a receiver and manager.

The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of June 1990, Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Robert Patrick, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of all the property and assets of Venturecorp Investments Ltd., under the powers contained in a trust deed, dated the 26th day of February 1987.
