Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Southland Development Corporation Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of June 1990, it appointed Barry Charles Thomas of Queenstown and Peter John Carnahan of Invercargill, chartered accountants, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company, under the powers contained in instruments dated the 18th day of September 1987, and the 24th day of August 1988, being mortgage debentures.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
