Notice of Winding Up

Pursuant to the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the board of the above-named charitable trust, held on the 10th day of June 1990, an extraordinary resolution was passed

by the company stating that as the trust cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, it be wound up voluntarily and that Roderick Thomas McKenzie, be appointed liquidator.
