Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. ("the debenture holder"), hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of June 1990, it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the mortgage debenture dated on the 2nd day of May 1988 given by Dimock Corporation Ltd. in favour of the debenture holder.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is care of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 48).

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Westpac Finance Ltd., Westpac Securities Ltd. and Westpac Merchant Finance Ltd., give notice that on the 6th day of June 1990, they appointed James Terrance Trafee of Napier, chartered accountant, receiver and manager of the undertaking and assets, present and future of Taupo Battery Service Ltd., pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated on the 18th day of September 1987, a copy whereof was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton on the 9th day of October 1987.
