Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that on the 7th day of June 1990, it appointed John Francis Managh, chartered accountant, whose office is care of John F. Managh and Associates, Book House, 86 Boulcott Street, Wellington, as receiver and manager of all the assets of the above company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of September 1988, being a debenture from Direct Promotions Ltd. (in provisional liquidation) to Westpac Banking Corporation.

Box 2042, Christchurch, to be receiver and manager of all the undertaking property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 11th day of March 1986 and given by this company to DFC New Zealand Ltd.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, wheresoever and whatsoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
