Cancellation of Registration of Union/Employers Organisation for Failure to Deliver Annual Accounts

Pursuant to section 31 (3) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand (except Auckland District) Bread Bakers Industrial Union of Employees, Registered No. 2233, situated at Auckland, has been cancelled as from the following date for failure to deliver to the Registrar a copy of its accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act.
