Change of Name of Charitable Trust

Notice is hereby given that

CH. I.S. 219887

has changed its name to

New Zealand Alpine Garden Society Incorporated

and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Charitable Trusts in place of the former name.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that The Mother Aubert Home of Compassion Trust Board has applied to the High Court at Wellington under Part III of the Act extending the powers of the trustees and varying the mode of administering the properties and affairs of a trust established by deed of trust dated 21 April 1917.

Particulars of Scheme

The scheme proposes to vary the original deed by substituting new powers of the trustees and allowing the appointment as trustees of suitably qualified persons who are not members of the order known as the Sisters of Compassion. The original purpose of the trust will not be altered. The principal purpose of the application to the Court is to revise the administrative powers available to the trustees, and to expand the number and qualifications of persons eligible to serve as trustees.

Further details are contained in the statement of facts, submissions and scheme which has been filed in the office of the High Court at Wellington and is open for inspection at that office by the public without charge.

Date of Hearing

The application will be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 12th day of July 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar and the trustees and the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the date proposed for the hearing of the application.

Declaration of the Dissolution of a Society

I, Kevin John Gunn, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that Disabled Civilians Services Club Incorporated Society NP 215148 is no longer carrying on operation the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Mohan Alex Paul, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Waikato Unicol Association Football Club Incorporated I.S. HN. 212490, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revolted, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
