Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 30th day of May 1989, the following special resolution was duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ivan Walter Hurst, of Sutherland and Rodney Garth Hurst of Fairlie, be and they are hereby appointed liquidators of the company."
