Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Lands, Christchurch, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and, with the consent of the Strathallan County Council, vested in Pyne Gould Guinness Ltd. at Christchurch (and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 715, Canterbury Land District).
