Vesting Reclaimed Land in the Marlborough Harbour Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At Wellington this 7th day of February 1989

Present:
The Right Hon. G. W. R. Palmer Presiding in Council

Pursuant to section 175p of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Marlborough Harbour Board the land described in the Schedule hereto, which reclamation of land was authorised by Order in Council on this day of 1989.

Schedule

All the land containing 46 square metres, more or less, situated in Picton Borough of the Marlborough Land District and more particularly shown as Area B on S.O. Plan 6747T, deposited in the Regional Office of the Department of Conservation, Nelson.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on the 7th day of February 1989.

'That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (accessway) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

459 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, L.T. Plan 128033 (part Lot 2, D.P. 46665), situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 1640/94.

Dated at Auckland this 24th day of May 1989.
