Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

UDC Finance Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, being the holder of a debenture bearing date the 22nd day of March 1983, hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of May 1989 it appointed David John Stannard of Gisborne, chartered accountant and Gary Kenneth Urwin of Auckland, chartered accountant, jointly and severally to be the receivers and managers of all the property of Christies Crown Ltd. under the powers contained in the said debenture.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Graham & Dobson, Chartered Accountants, 64 Lowe Street, Gisborne.

The property in respect of which the said receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking, property and assets of the said Christies Crown Ltd.
