Notice is hereby given of the result of an election for an extraordinary vacancy on the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand.
North Island District
Four candidates were nominated for the 1 vacancy. 1448 ballot papers were issued, 617 returned and the poll result:

Public Works Act 1981
Notice of Intention to Take Land
Notice is hereby given that the Pukekohe Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981 to take the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto for a road and which is to be used as part of the Pukekohe Central Ring Road.
The taking is considered reasonably necessary in order to complete the alignment of land already taken for the completion of the Pukekohe Central Ring Road.
A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Pukekohe Borough Council, Municipal Chambers, Wesley Street, Pukekohe and is there open for inspection.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals.
