Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to s. 86 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given of the confiscation of the motor vehicle owned by Paul Christopher Dunn, care of Hulme House, 257 High Street, Dunedin, namely:

1984 Yamaha XZ550 RJ 550cc motorcycle

subject to an order of confiscation issued from this Court on 10 April 1989, pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

National Roads Board

National Roads Act 1953

Amendment to 1987/3:

Bylaw to Control the Use of Unofficial Signs on State Highways

Pursuant to the National Roads Board Act 1953, the National Roads Board hereby amends the above bylaw by inserting section 4A as follows:

4A Where approval is given to construct, maintain or display a sign in terms of this Bylaw, an annual licence fee of $100 shall be payable by the person or persons making application for such approval.

This bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 15th day of March 1989.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Receipt of Application for Transfer of an International Air Services Licence

Pursuant to section 18 (3) of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Federal Express Corporation, of United States of America, has applied for the transfer of the International Air Services Licence of The Flying Tiger Inc. to operate a scheduled air service for the carriage of cargo and mail between the United States of America and Australia via Auckland with effect from 7 August 1989. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, care of Air Transport Division, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representation relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on, or before, 16 June 1989.
