Notice of Appointment of Receiver

National Mutual Finance Ltd., pursuant to a debenture in its favour bearing date 19 September 1988 hereby gives notice that it has appointed Kingl Winiata Smiler and Peter John Morgan Taylor jointly as receivers and managers of the property of I.D. Group N.Z. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington (the company) under the powers contained in the said debenture on the 8th day of May 1989.

The offices of the receivers are care of Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, 1 Willis Street, Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is all the company's undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of the company for the time being.
