In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Wingate Service Station (1987) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Eastern Hutt Road, Lower Hutt, service station —Plaintiff:

And—Metro Masonry Limited a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 162 Eastern Hutt Road, Lower Hutt—Defendant:

Take notice that on 27th February 1989, an application for the winding up of Metro Masonry Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 31st day of May 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Wingate Service Station (1987) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Nicholson, Seventh Floor, Government Life Building, Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
