By an entry in the minute book of the above-named company, dated the 8th day of May 1989, the following resolution was duly passed, viz:

Hursthouse Buildings Ltd.

Special Resolution to Wind Up and Appoint Liquidator

That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Richards of Nelson be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that the remuneration of Anthony John Richards be fixed.
