Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Fairlie Set Apart for Telecommunication and Post Office Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of April 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette 13 April 1989, No. 66, page 1535, declaring the land in the First Schedule to be set apart for telecommunication purposes and the land in the Second Schedule to be set apart for post office purposes by deleting the following from the preamble “and the land in the Second Schedule to be set apart for post office purposes” and further by deleting the whole of the Second Schedule.
