Reappointment of Members of the Waitangi Tribunal

Pursuant to section 4 of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975 as amended by section 2 of the Treaty of Waitangi Amendment Act 1988, the persons named hereunder have been reappointed as members of the Waitangi Tribunal for a further term of office expiring on 1 July 1992.

Corrigendum

Revoking State Highway No. 29 Tasman Quay Section, Mount Maunganui

In the notice with the above heading dated 4 April 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 April 1989, No. 62, page 1438, line 2 of the First Schedule is to be amended by deleting the word “Halli” and substituting the word “Hull”.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Traffic Signs—Parking Signs Hamilton City Council

Pursuant to regulation 129 (6) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, the Minister of Transport authorises the erection and maintenance of parking signs, as described in the Schedule, for the control of traffic by the Hamilton City Council in accordance with regulation 123 of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Schedule

Description of Traffic Signs

In this Schedule:

  1. All measurements are shown in millimetres.
  2. The size of lettering and numerals is shown by two figures separated by a diagonal slash. The first figure shows the letter height in millimetres and the second, the stroke width in millimetres.
  3. The dimensions of signs are minima, and may be larger with dimensions increased approximately in proportion.

Parking Signs
