Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Unity Land Ltd.:

DFC New Zealand Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of April 1989, it appointed John Anthony Waller and Paul Richard Preston, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 10th day of October 1986, given by Unity Land Ltd., in favour of DFC New Zealand Ltd.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Quay Tower, Customs Street West, Auckland.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Redpath Industries Ltd.:

NZI Finance Ltd., NZI Securities Ltd. and NZI International Acceptances Ltd., pursuant to a debenture in their favour bearing date the 20th day of June 1986, hereby give notice that on the 4th day of May 1989, they appointed John Francis Managh of Wellington, chartered accountant, receiver and manager of the property of the company, under the powers contained in the debenture.

The offices of the receiver and manager are situated at the offices of John F. Managh, Chartered Accountant, Suite 8, Book House, 86 Boulcott Street, Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of the company.
