Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Northrop Instruments and Systems Ltd. (formerly Datamatic New Zealand Ltd.), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington:

The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 4th day of May 1989, they appointed Roy James Cowley and Roland Stutz, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of September 1984 which property consists of all the company’s undertakings and all its assets and goodwill, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled and unpaid capital of the said Northrop Instruments and Systems Ltd.

The offices of the said receivers and managers is situated at Touche Ross & Co., Investment Centre, corner Featherston and Ballance Streets, P.O. Box 2691, Wellington.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the companies undertakings and all their real and personal property and all their assets and effects, whatsoever, both present and future, including their uncanceled and unpaid capital.
