Evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the certificate of title (Marlborough Registry) described in the Schedule having been lodged with me together with an order for new certificates of title in terms of land transfer plan of subdivision No. 7440, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with production of the outstanding duplicate of the said certificate of title in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and to register such order for new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
