Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Level Fifty Three Ltd., with reference to Ultra Holdings Sixty Six Ltd., gives notice that on the 7th day of April 1989, it appointed Robert Laurie Merlo and Raymond Gordon Burgess, both of Auckland, insolvency practitioners, whose offices are at the offices of Merlo Burgess Co., Suite 2, 64 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of this company pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 25th day of November 1988. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all its real and personal property and all assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
