National Mutual Finance (1988) Ltd. Sterling Factors Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of April 1989, it appointed Donald Ross Green of Palmerston North, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 7th day of November 1988 given by Shand Investments Ltd. (in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Palmerston North in favour of Sterling Factors Ltd., a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on 2 December 1988.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed is the assets and undertaking of Shand Investments Ltd. (in receivership).
