Take notice that on the 30th day of November 1988, an application for the winding up of Geordie Food Services Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Wednesday, the 10th day of May 1989 at 10 a.m. or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Briggs Irrigation Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of April 1989, the bank appointed James Bruce McAlister and David John Strang, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of July 1977. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
