New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Land at Ohaupo to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District—Waipa County
4.2315 hectares, more or less, being part Allotments 307, 308, and 309, Parish of Ngaroto, situated in Block X, Hamilton Survey District; being the balance of the land comprised and described in conveyance 76635 (D.L. 16A/895).

Waikato Hospital Board

Hospitals Act 1957

Declaration of Land Vested in Waikato Hospital Board no Longer Required for Hospital Purposes

Pursuant to section 69 (4) of the Hospitals Act 1957 (as amended by section 6 (b) of the Hospitals Amendment Act (No. 2) 1988), the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

I, Helen Elizabeth Clark, Minister of Health, hereby declare that the land specified in the Schedule to this notice, currently vested in The Waikato Hospital Board for hospital purposes, is no longer required for hospital purposes.

Schedule

All that piece of land containing 1.4452 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block II of the Town of Taupo, and being the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 725, folio 136 (South Auckland Registry).

Dated at Wellington this 17th day of April 1989.
