Road Realignment in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119;

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(i) the areas of stopped road firstly to fifthly described in the First Schedule hereto now known as Allotments 755, 768, 770, 772 and 767, Parish of Waimana respectively and the area of land taken firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 53495, shall vest in Tasman Forestry Limited at Kawerau;

(ii) the area of stopped road seventhly described in the First Schedule hereto now known as Allotment 776, Parish of Waimana, the area of stopped road eighthly described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of land taken thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known together as Allotment 774, Parish of Waimana, and the area of road stopped sixthly described in the First Schedule hereto and the area of land taken secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto now known together as Allotment 779, Parish of Waimana, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26A/1119, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 628786.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in Block IV, Marotiri Survey District.

As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Third Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block IV, Marotiri Survey District.

As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Acquired for Road, and in Connection With Road to be Stopped in Block IX, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of February 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 February 1989, No. 27 at page 751, declaring land to be acquired for road, and in connection with road and road to be stopped in Block IX, Belmont Survey District by omitting from the First Schedule description:

“475 m² Part Section 49, Hutt District; shown on D.P. 10786; coloured orange on plan.”

and omitting from the Second Schedule descriptions:
