Declaring Crown Land and State Forest Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Ministers of Lands and Forestry, being the Ministers deemed to be responsible for the departments of State that have control of the Crown land and the State Forest land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the said Crown land and State Forest land is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose reserve (community centre), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ahoroa Scenic Reserve.
