Harbours Act 1950

Notice of Approval of Bylaw Amendment

I, Philip Tosswill Edmond Woollaston, Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby give approval to the Christchurch City Bylaw No. 120B (1988) Estuary and Foreshore adopted on 15 August 1988 and confirmed on 19 September 1988 by ordinary meetings of the Council, and approved by the Minister of Transport on 14 March 1989.

Pursuant to section 59 of the Defence Act 1971, the Minister of Defence hereby approves the following appointments, promotions, extensions, relinquishments, cancellations, transfers, terminations, resignations and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces:

The following are appointed to Cadet Force commissions in the rank of Ensign with seniority and effect from dates shown:
