Winecraft Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Napier, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of April 1989 it appointed John Richard Palairet and Rodney Arthur de Terte, both chartered accountants of Napier, as receivers and managers of the property of Bubbles Winecraft Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of July 1987 which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Bubbles Winecraft Ltd.

The ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., pursuant to a mortgage debenture in its favour bearing the date 29 March 1976, hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of April 1989, it appointed Keith Raymond Smith and Brian Mayo-Smith as joint receivers and managers of Northern Printing Company Ltd.’s property.

The offices of the receivers and managers are care of Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland (P.O. Box 2219).
