Take notice that on Wednesday, the 10th day of April 1989, an application for the winding up of High Corp Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Level 8, Wilson Neill House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 21st day of June 1989 at 11 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
