Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

In the High Court of New Zealand, Christchurch Registry

Under the Companies Act 1955, between Printpac Carton, a division of Printing and Packaging Corporation Limited, now trading as Printpac UEB having its office at Christchurch and carrying on business as a packaging and carton manufacturer—Plaintiff:

And—Ampro Toys Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Boyd Knight & Company, 776 Colombo Street, Christchurch and carrying on business as a toy manufacturer—Defendant:

Take notice that on Tuesday, the 21st day of March 1989, an application for the winding up of Ampro Toys Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 24th day of April 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

The plaintiff is Printpac Carton, whose address for service is at the offices of their solicitor, R. A. McL. Fraser, Solicitor, Level 3, 103-105 Worcester Street, Christchurch.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Dale Enterprises Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of April 1989, the bank appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Chambers Nicholls, Chartered Accountants, AMP Building, The Square, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 16th day of December 1988. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Jorman Engineering Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of April 1989, the bank appointed Keith Raymond Smith and Jane Deborah Riordan, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Spicer & Oppenheim, Chartered Accountants, Level 9, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of October 1986. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
