His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

Pursuant to section 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates in the name of the Nelson Harbour Board the reclaimed land described in the Schedule hereto, reserving pursuant to section 175A (ii) of the Harbours Act 1950 a 3 metre foreshore strip for the purpose of harbour reserve.

Schedule

All that reclaimed seabed being Nelson Harbour Endowment of Waimea Estuary comprising 2.264 hectares, more or less, situated in Nelson Land District and more particularly shown as area (A) on plan DOC(CM)NE No. 89/9 sheet (2) of (2), deposited in the Nelson Regional Office of the Department of Conservation.
