Road Stopped in Waitomo District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and:

(a) That area “M” now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 57300, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1088, folio 158, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 290747, to Gazette notice 584183, to charge H. 026887 and to notice S. 574746, settling the land as a Joint Family Home, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) That area “O” now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 57301, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28B/666, subject to proclamation 9554 and Gazette notice S. 584183, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Relating Road in Tauranga County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the Gazette notice dated 19 September 1988, No. 164, page 3869, realigning road in Tauranga County by:

(i) omitting the Third Schedule and substituting the following:

Third Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 56151, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

(ii) omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

(d) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the area of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the area of land taken secondly described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 2, S.O. Plan 56151, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 42B/648, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) inserting the word “firstly” after the words “land taken” in paragraph (e).

Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road to be Stopped and Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Blocks IV, V and VI, Wakaefield Survey District and Block I, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County and Revoking a Previous Notice

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, hereby declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 55, the notice dated the 21st day of February 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 March 1989, No. 43, at page 980, declaring land acquired for road, road to be stopped and land acquired for the generation of electricity in Blocks IV, V and VI, Wakaefield Survey District and Block I, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County is hereby revoked.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 8, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of April 1989.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that the area marked ‘O’ on S.O. Plan No. 21802 and ‘W’ on S.O. Plan 21803 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/542.
