Acquiring an Interest in Land for Irrigation Purposes in the Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 over the land described in the Schedule hereto, as modified by the agreement dated 18th day of November 1988 between the Crown and David Herbert Callagher of Kapiro, farmer, and Patricia Anne Callagher, his wife, a copy of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/62, is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of April 1989.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water containing the rights and powers set forth in clauses 1, 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the agreements dated 24th day of February 1989 between the Crown and Owen Eyre Baxter of Mangamuka Bridge, farmer, George Middleton Palmer, solicitor of Mangamuka Bridge, and Bernard Eyre Baxter of Mangamuka Bridge, farmer, a copy of which may be perused at the office of the Department of Lands at Auckland and identified by No. 25/30/30, is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of April 1989.
