Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is taken in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands.

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 119, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken, and further declares that:

(i) The piece of stopped road firstly described (now known as Section 8, M.L. 15372), and the piece of stopped road secondly described and the land taken firstly described (now known together as Section 1, M.L. 15372) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 204, folio 89, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The pieces of stopped road thirdly, fifteenthly and sixteenthly described (now known as Section 7, M.L. 15372, Section 9, M.L. 15372, and Section 6, M.L. 15372 respectively), and the piece of stopped road seventhly described and the land taken secondly described (now known as Section 16, M.L. 15372) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 469, folio 295, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land District.

(iii) The pieces of stopped road fourthly, fifty, fifty-sixth and seventeenthly described (now known as Section 11, M.L. 15372, Section 17, M.L. 15372, Section 18, M.L. 15372, Section 19, M.L. 15372 respectively), and the piece of stopped road twelfthly described and the land taken sixthly described (now known as Section 4, M.L. 15372), and the land taken thirdly to fifthly described, inclusive, (now known as Section 12, M.L. 15372, Section 13, M.L. 15372, and Section 15, M.L. 15372 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 408, folio 277, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The piece of stopped road seventeethly described (now known as Section 2, M.L. 15372) and the piece of stopped road eightently described and the land taken eighthly described (now known together as Section 3, M.L. 15372) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 338, folio 259, subject to caveat H. 571142, South Auckland Land District.

(v) The piece of stopped road fourteenthly described and the land taken seventhly described (now known together as Section 5, M.L. 15372) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10C/516, subject to statutory land charge H. 439246, South Auckland Land Registry.
