of the said debenture relating to the appointment of receivers and managers thereunder and such remuneration for their services as receivers being an amount calculated according to the rate of charges properly payable to receivers under debenture deeds by chartered accountants, such remuneration to be paid monthly during the course of the receivership and so that the joint receivers and managers shall be deemed to be the agent of the said company and not of the bank as provided in the said debenture provided that such payment shall only be made to the extent that there are insufficient assets of the company available to meet such costs and provided that the receivers and managers provide regular reports to the bank at times reasonably requested by it.
