Notice is hereby given that the following special resolution was duly passed at a general meeting of shareholders of the company on the 29th day of March 1989.
"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

A declaration of solvency has been filed with the District Registrar of Companies at Nelson and the winding up is for the purpose of distribution surplus assets. The business of the company will be taken over and continued as a branch of Nelson Investment Company Ltd. at the same address, 10 Nayland Road, Stoke. There will be no change in management or staff.
