Notice of Voluntary Winding Up Resolution

Pursuant to Section 269 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Kinross White Ltd. (in liquidation):

The liquidator of Kinross White Ltd., which fixes the 28th day of April 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of P & J Shum’s Restaurant Ltd. (in liquidation):

Notice is given pursuant to section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Coopers & Lybrand, 202–204N Warren Street, Hastings on Tuesday, 11 April 1989 at 3 p.m. for the purpose of:

(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the year of the liquidation.

(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator.

Proxies for the meeting must be lodged at the address given below not later than 12 noon on Monday, 10 April 1989.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of W. T. Ganley Refrigeration Services Ltd.:

On 23 March 1989, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 268 (1) (b), and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that W. T. Ganley Refrigeration Services Ltd., be wound up voluntarily, and further resolved that Evan James Murdoch and Timothy Francis Ryan, chartered accountants of Otahuhu, be appointed for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company, and distributing the assets.

A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolution.
