Road Realignment in the Wallace County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Wallace County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares that:

(i) The portion of road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and when so stopped to vest in The Wallace County Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(ii) The portions of road secondly and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and when so stopped to be amalgamated in certificate of title No. A2/944, subject to existing encumbrances.
