So much of the Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 1, 1988, signed on the 14th day of October 1988*, which relates to roads in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

Schedule

Situated within Hurunui County at Waipara:
Anzac Street.
Glenmark Street.
Johnston Street.
Main North Road: from a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Main North Road from Johnston Street to a point 700 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along Main North Road from MacKenzies Road.
Townend Street.
MacKenzies Road: from the junction of Old Main North Road to a point 450 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along MacKenzies Road.

The Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 2, 1989

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 2, 1989.

The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Hurunui County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated on the 13th day of October 1982*, which relates to the roads in the Schedules below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is revoked.

First Schedule

Situated within Hurunui County at Amberley:
No. 1 State Highway (Awatere-Bluff): from Bank Street to a point 340 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State highway from Courages Road.

Second Schedule

Situated within Hurunui County at Amberley:
No. 1 State Highway (Awatere-Bluff): from Bank Street to a point 740 metres measured southerly, generally along the said State highway from Bank Street; and from a point 30 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State highway from Courages Road to a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said State highway from Osborne Road.

The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres per hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Second Schedule of the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1985, signed on the 19th day of August 1985*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 which relates to the road in the Schedule below, is revoked.

Schedule

Situated within Tauranga County at Papamoa:
Papamoa Beach Road: from a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Stella Place to a point 350 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Kirkpatrick Place and from a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally along Papamoa Beach Road from Pacific View Road to Hartford Avenue.

Situated within Raglan County adjacent to Huntly Borough:
Huntly West Road: from a point 600 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Porritt Avenue to a point 1.3 kilometres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Porritt Avenue.
