the telecommunications installation and the right of way easement (which may be surrendered by notice in the Gazette) described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a telecommunications installation over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement, such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and further declares that the said land and easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
