Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Dunedin, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, with the land firstly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 686561/2, and the land fifthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 686823/1, the land sixthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 681960/2, the land seventhly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 683646/2, the land ninthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 68157/1, the land eleventhly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 678758/2, the land twelfthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 683650/1, the land fifteenthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 683124/1, the land nineteenthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 675961/2, the land twentiethly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 686818/1, the land twenty-secondly described together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 707920/1, the land twenty-fourthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 680594/1, the land twenty-fifthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 676391/2, the land twenty-seventhly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 687141/2, the land twenty-eighthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 688153/2 and subject to a right to transmit electric current created by transfer No. 688153/1, the land thirtieth described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 683128/1, the land thirty-firstly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 681636/1, the land thirty-thirdly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 685940/2, the land thirty-fourthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 675965/1, the land thirty-fifthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 676389/2, the land thirty-sixthly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 683122/2, the land thirty-seventhly described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 687142/1, the land fortieth described subject to and together with the partial rights created by transfer No. 685022/2, the land forty-firstly described subject to and together with the partial rights and the right of way created by transfer No. 687754/1, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of March 1989.
